JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Direct Response VSL Video Editor and long-term creative partner, not just a one-time freelancer.

We are one of the biggest health/sleep eCommerce brands in Germany right now.

Job: Direct Response VSL Video Editor in Health/Pain Relief
Opportunity: Long Term Partner with high growth potential
Salary: Fixed monthly salary + performance bonuses
Platform: Facebook and Instagram
Style: 5+ min Direct Response VSL's
Hours/Week: 30-40h

www.>facebook.com/ ---------- /videos/ ---------- Our VSLs are mostly 5 minutes long, all in German — but don’t worry, you only need to be able to translate the scripts into English (or your working language) to understand the storyline.

Your role: turn words into visuals with animations, motion graphics, overlays, and engaging edits that keep viewers hooked.

We provide you with a big variety of different content (3D animations, UGC Videos, etc.) from our content library.

Requirements and tasks

- Experience with Direct Response VSL Video Editing
- Experience in Health/Pain Relief Niche
- Experience with editing in different languages
- You can manually translate German scripts to work effectively with the storyline.
- Exact scene matching to script actions (e.g., “neck pain” - 3D cervical spine animation).
- Strong 3D animations / motion graphics / overlays (e.g., add classic red pain circles on UGC videos).
- Ability to follow specific editing styles (we provide references) and add creative touches to improve retention.
- Proficient in Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (or equivalent).
- AI video tools (e.g., Veo V3) experience is a big plus — or willingness to learn fast (AI will grow in our workflow).
- Detail-oriented & creative: every scene must match the script’s intention & emotional tone.
