Associate / Senior Associate

Role Overview: As a financial analyst, you will support the founder to conduct market research, build financial models, and assist in various operational tasks. This role is part time to full time position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with founder to build the firm
• Conduct deep market research, financial analysis, slides writing
• Build financial models (3 statement models, ad-hoc analysis, basic valuation models)
• Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings
• Actively engage in business development activities, including preparing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying potential growth opportunities
• Administrative tasks and support founder to get things done (scheduling,
• Work in US times OR have significant overlap in hours
Qualifications:
• Extremely detail-oriented: relentlessly interested in pursuing excellence in your own workmanship
• Excel modeling fluent, can build 3 statement models, FP&A operational models, basic skills in valuation models
• Good PowerPoint slide writing skills
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• 1-5 years of experience in consulting, finance, marketing, or related business roles OR bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, marketing, or related roles

Compensation:
• Base: $5 - $25/ hour depending on experience level
• Bonus: up to 60% pending on performance
