JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about marketing, client care, and supporting a growing real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by creating and posting engaging content (posts, stories, and reels).

Edit and produce reels with a strong eye for design and branding.

Create and distribute email marketing newsletters to clients and prospects.

Follow up with clients in a professional manner, providing property details and updates based on their criteria.

Assist with maintaining client relationships and ensuring consistent communication.

Support the team with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience with social media management and content creation.

Strong video editing and graphic design skills for reels and posts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Previous real estate or marketing experience is an asset but not required.
