JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Static Ad Designer to create premium, high-volume static ads for our luxury watch brand. This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, spacing, typography, and brand alignment — producing ads that feel high-end, clean, and fashion-forward.

You will work independently most of the time, with access to large folders of inspiration from other brands. At times, you’ll also receive direction from our Creative Strategist. The ability to take inspiration, adapt it to our brand, and deliver a constant flow of polished creatives is essential.

Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static ads that elevate our watches and align with luxury fashion aesthetics.
- Produce a large volume of ads each month, ensuring variety and freshness.
- Select and apply sophisticated, high-end fonts that complement our brand identity.
- Pay careful attention to spacing, layout, and balance in all designs.
- Work independently with inspiration folders and references, while also collaborating with our Creative Strategist when direction is provided.
- Adapt inspiration into unique, on-brand concepts rather than copying.
- Maintain consistency with brand voice and visual identity across all ads.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing static ads for fashion or luxury brands (required).
- Strong portfolio showcasing aesthetic, fashion-forward ad designs.
- Excellent eye for composition, spacing, and typography.
- Ability to work at high output while maintaining premium quality.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Self-starter, highly creative, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Familiarity with performance marketing and ad creative trends.
