Responsibilities
Respond to all
Monitor, transcribe, and reply to company voi
Assign or escalate
Communicate clearly and confidently with banks and financial institutions
Write empathetic, professional replies using perfect English
Use ChatGPT to draft templates, summaries, and responses
Retain clients through clear communication and helpful service
Help resolve client concerns with a retention- and sales-oriented mindset
Maintain clean and accurate CRM records
Provide light support to the company founder (calendar, reminders, follow-ups)
Requirements
Fluent in English – near-native grammar, tone, and writing skills
Excellent communicator – confident, calm, and persuasive when needed
Prior experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or support roles
Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive
Comfortable using ChatGPT or AI tools
Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce Microsoft Office (or willing to learn)
Must have a quiet place to work, stable internet, and your own computer
Compensation & Benefits
$600–$700/month (depending on experience)
Paid weekly or monthly via Wise or PayPal
5 paid vacation days/year (after 3 months)
