At ---------- , we’re building a space for dreamers, seekers, and spiritual explorers to track synchronicities, record dreams, and connect the dots with the help of AI and community. We’ve just wrapped Phase 1 (exploration & soft launch) and are moving into Phase 2: Early Growth & Monetisation. That means it’s time to get serious about analytics.

We’re looking for an Analytics Expert to join us on a trial basis and help us track what matters most as we prepare for launch on the App Store and Google Play. You’ll be the one making sure we’re measuring the right things, setting up dashboards, and giving the team clarity on how people are actually using the app.

What You’ll Do:
? Audit our current app tracking setup and identify gaps (GA4, Mixpanel, or your preferred stack).
? Define essential events and metrics for the first 30–60 days post-launch (activation, engagement, retention, conversion).
? Work with our developer to ensure events are implemented correctly.
? Create simple, actionable dashboards for the team to review progress weekly.
? Advise on best practices for funnel tracking, user cohorts, and paid campaign attribution.

What We’re Looking For:
? Proven experience in mobile app analytics setup (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
? Strong understanding of user behavior tracking (activation, retention, churn).
? Ability to translate numbers into plain English for non-technical teammates.
? Comfortable working in a fast-moving, bootstrapped startup (lean team, high impact).
? Experience with Bubble apps is a big plus (our app is built in Bubble).
? Bonus if you have experience connecting analytics with marketing funnels.

Details:
? Flexible, part-time role (~5 hours/week to start, may vary week-to-week).
? Workload will likely be heavier at the start (setup, dashboards), and then become more ad hoc (deep dives, reporting) once systems are running smoothly.
? Fully remote, async-friendly.
? Competitive hourly rate ($7–9/hour range depending on experience. Can be negotiable to increase if SPECIALIST).
? Potential to grow into a longer-term role as we scale.
