We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing, Admin & Research Executive to strengthen our recruitment efforts through marketing, administration, and research.
The Role
This is a varied role where you’ll support candidate management, client outreach, and marketing initiatives. You’ll use Bullhorn CRM to manage records, identify lapsed candidates, and maintain client lists. You’ll also create engaging job adverts, pitch proposals, manage our website, and deliver campaigns that keep us visible and connected within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Identification & Outreach: Monitor job boards daily, build client lists, and approach new clients.
• Bullhorn CRM: Update candidate records, send targeted
• Job Adverts & Screening: Write engaging job postings and shortlist top candidates.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to engage talent.
• CV Enhancement: Format and improve CVs with Adobe.
• Marketing: Create branded materials in Canva, run campaigns with Mailchimp, manage the marketing calendar.
• Website & SEO: Update and optimise WordPress content for visibility.
• Social Media: Post news and updates on LinkedIn to highlight industry trends.
• Administration: Manage projects, track data in Excel, and source suppliers/tools to improve operations.
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, Excel, and WordPress (with SEO).
• Experience with Mailchimp and
• Excellent writing skills for adverts and marketing content.
• Knowledge of UK and international fashion, retail, and consumer industries is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
