JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and reliable Graphic Designer with printing experience for an on-demand role. This flexible, freelance opportunity is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on short-turnaround projects and is comfortable jumping into design and print production as needed.
The immediate need is to design a festive and engaging Halloween Potluck flyer for an upcoming client event.

Responsibilities
Design print-ready materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and business cards.
Collaborate with the BWD team to understand client needs and brand requirements.
Deliver high-quality, engaging designs under tight timelines.
Prepare files for digital and offset printing.
Ensure proper formatting, color accuracy, bleed, and resolution standards.
Turn around urgent projects (like the Halloween Potluck flyer) quickly and efficiently.

**Immediate Project – Halloween Potluck Flyer**
Deadline: ASAP
Theme: Fun, spooky, and inviting
Format: Print-ready flyer (8.5x11), suitable for digital sharing as well
Content: Provided upon onboarding

Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design, specifically for print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) & has the software already.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Reliable communication and responsiveness
Familiarity with print production requirements (bleeds, CMYK, DPI, etc.)

Preferred
Experience working with print shops or in-house production teams
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
