What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities
- Create high-performing digital ads that capture attention and drive conversions for our e-commerce clients
- Develop creative concepts during collaborative brainstorming sessions with our strategy team
- Iterate and optimize ad creative based on performance data and client feedback
- Present your ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
- Stay current with social media trends and platform best practices

What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of Experience with e-commerce brands or performance marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media ad creation (Meta, Instagram, TikTok)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and ----------
- Understanding of conversion-focused creative strategies
- Experience working in remote teams
- Knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
