JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable video editor to join our fast-growing coaching company, Home Service U. We help men launch and scale home service businesses, and we need an editor who can help bring our content to life with clean, high-performing cuts. Your main responsibility will be editing short form video content for social media (primarily TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts), as well as occasional long-form content such as YouTube videos, training modules, and internal marketing materials. The ideal candidate understands how to pace edits for social platforms, use captions effectively, and apply clean motion graphics and sound design without going overboard. We value editors who work fast, are highly responsive, and have high standards for quality. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently without being micromanaged.

This is a remote, long-term opportunity with potential for increased responsibility and pay over time. We are only looking for editors who want to grow with a performance-driven team. Strong English comprehension, fast communication, and past examples of similar work are non-negotiable. We do not care about your degrees—we care about your output, your attitude, and your ability to deliver high-quality, fast-paced content that drives attention and conversions.
