JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Paid Campaigns Manager with social media management experience to lead our Meta advertising campaigns. In this role, your primary focus will be planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive business growth. You'll also help manage our social media presence and collaborate with the team to create engaging content using AI tools.

Must Have:
-At least 2 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns.
-Proven experience managing Meta advertising budgets of at least USD $25,000 per month
-Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
-Experience managing social media accounts for a company or agency.
-Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to support content creation, research, and workflow efficiency.
-Strong written English communication skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
-Ability to analyze campaign metrics and use insights to improve performance.
-Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities
-Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to improve overall campaign performance.
-Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance, and make data-driven recommendations to maximize results.
-Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ongoing campaign optimization.
-Manage and maintain the company's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok), ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
-Monitor and respond to messages and comments, and forward interested inquiries to the appropriate team.
-Collaborate with the team to create marketing content and ad creatives using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms.
-Maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives and business goals.
