Growfactor ( ---------- ) is a UK-based specialist accounting firm helping entrepreneurs achieve clarity, confidence, and growth through smart tax optimisation, strategic planning, and modern financial systems. We support a wide range of businesses — from creative agencies to e-commerce — with expert guidance designed to turn financial complexity into lasting success.

We’re looking for a qualified CPA Accountant who is highly detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to grow their expertise in UK accounting. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality compliance work while also helping business owners in the UK with financial planning, tax advice, and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation and submission of statutory accounts, tax returns, and management accounts.
Perform bookkeeping reviews and support the bookkeeping team to maintain high standards.
Communicate directly with UK clients via email and calls, building strong client relationships.
Assist the UK team with business strategy mapping and financial planning support.
Manage a small portfolio of clients and ensure timely, accurate delivery of work.
Review outputs from the bookkeeping team, holding them accountable to agreed KPIs.
Split workload: 75% compliance and client communication, 25% internal planning and business development.

Skills & Qualifications:

CPA license is a must – please indicate this clearly in your cover letter/resume.
At least 3 years’ experience in general or tax accounting.
Prior experience working with an overseas employer is highly desirable.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Skilled in MS Office programs; familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or Dext (Receipt Bank) is a plus.
Comfortable speaking with clients and handling queries directly.
Willing and able to work UK hours.

Work Environment:

You must live in the Philippines (please do not apply if this is not the case as we will not reply).
You have your own computer and Internet connection (this is a home-based position).
You are willing to work during U.K. business hours.
