JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and fast-moving Static Ad Designer to join our growing supplement brand. This role is focused on creating high-quality, high-volume static ads that drive performance across our ad accounts. We need someone who can not only deliver polished creatives but also output at scale — up to 20–30 static images per day.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist to bring ideas to life, while also contributing your own concepts and iterations based on what’s performing in our ad account.

Responsibilities
- Produce 20–30 static ad creatives daily that are clean, impactful, and performance-driven.
- Work from existing photoshoots, lifestyle content, and product renders to create ad-ready designs.
- Edit and enhance product visuals to make supplements look premium and appealing.
- Translate strategist briefs into polished creatives, while also ideating new ad concepts independently.
- Iterate on winning ad formats and styles to diversify and scale performance.
- Maintain a strong balance between aesthetics, creativity, and conversion-focused design.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience designing static ads for e-commerce or supplement brands.
- Ability to work at speed and scale without sacrificing quality.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and typography.
- Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
- Self-starter who can analyze ads, spot what works, and improve on them.
- Bonus: Understanding of performance marketing and ad platform trends.
