Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Business Development Sales Operative to drive sales and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales development, a passion for personal and professional growth, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our Life Languages tool to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize HubSpot to track leads, manage content, and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.

Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of the Life Languages tool.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and responding to inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential opportunities for growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.

Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting to management, using data to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ in sales development or business development, preferably in the tech or digital application industry.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using HubSpot for lead tracking, content management, and sales pipeline management.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly, fostering long-term relationships.

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Self-Motivated: Highly driven and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with personal development tools, assessment methodologies, or communication styles is a plus.

CRM Experience: Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
