About Us
We are a YouTube channel focused on American football storytelling.
Our videos cover legendary players, dramatic rises and falls, iconic teams, forgotten careers, and unforgettable ---------- nts in football history. The goal is not just to recap facts. We create high-retention, documentary-style videos with energy, emotion, and strong storytelling.

We are looking for a skilled long-form YouTube editor who can take a script and voiceover and turn it into a polished, cinematic video that keeps viewers engaged from beginning to end.

What You’ll Be Editing
You’ll be working on videos such as:
• Player stories and career breakdowns
• Team and season retrospectives
• Historical football recaps
• Rise/fall and legacy-style sports documentaries

Your Role
We will provide the script and voiceover.
You will be responsible for editing the full video, including:
• Selecting and inserting relevant football footage, highlights, photos, and supporting visuals
• Adding background music that enhances emotion and pacing
• Using sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and text overlays where appropriate
• Creating strong pacing, ---------- ntum, and narrative flow
• Adding titles, lower thirds, and on-screen text cleanly and professionally
• Building the final video so it feels like a mini sports documentary, not just a basic edit
This role is for an editor who understands how to make a story feel bigger, sharper, and more watchable, not someone who only cuts clips together.

What We’re Looking For
• Advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong instinct for pacing, tension, storytelling, and viewer retention
• Experience editing for YouTube, especially faceless, documentary, or sports content
• Strong English comprehension and ability to follow detailed creative direction
• Resourceful footage sourcing and clip selection, not filler visuals
• Access to quality stock footage/music resources when needed
• Ability to deliver polished work on a 5-7 day turnaround

Compensation
• $70 per video to start
• Typical video length: around 15 minutes
• Typical volume: 4–6 videos per month
• Strong performance will lead to higher pay over time
• We are looking for a long-term editing partner, not a one-off freelancer
