JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview

We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency looking for a detail-oriented Technical Setup Specialist to join our team. Your role will be focused on handling the technical backend of our campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on RedTrack setup, postbacks, tracking integrations, and troubleshooting.

If you are resourceful, love solving tech puzzles, and can figure things out without constant hand-holding, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage RedTrack accounts and campaigns.

Set up S2S postbacks with affiliate networks, other tracking platforms, and ad platforms (Digistore, Everflow, Ringba, NewsBreak, Meta, etc..)

Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues.

Assist in API integrations (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, etc.).

Document processes and create SOPs for repeatable setups.

Work closely with director and key team players to ensure accurate data flow.

Requirements:
Strong experience with affiliate/performance marketing tracking tools (RedTrack, Clickmagick, etc.).

Clear understanding of S2S postbacks, pixels, UTM parameters, and tracking logic.

Ability to diagnose and solve issues independently.

Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Newsbreak setup is required.

Bonus: experience with basic automations (Zapier, n8n, Make, API calls).

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
