Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, fatsecret is a digital health company helping people achieve their weight loss goals. We’re growing and looking for a social-first marketer to join our small, supportive team and make a real difference in people’s lives.

About the role

You’ll own our day-to-day social presence—planning, creating, and publishing short-form video, carousels, and stories; engaging with our community; and turning product and nutrition insights into content that educates and inspires.

- Works closely with the Content Marketing Manager for planning and approvals.
- Works closely with our Manila Customer Support team to resolve issues surfaced via social (escalation only).
- Expansion mandate: evolve our single “international” channels into multi-language, localized channels
- YouTube first: launch Shorts and other video to drive brand awareness

Note: Remote role; applicants must be based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces for regular in-person catch-ups.

What you’ll do

- Plan and publish a monthly calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (Shorts + selected long-form), and occasionally LinkedIn/Twitter.
- Produce platform-native short video and static posts
- Localize content pillars into top languages
- Moderate comments/DMs daily
- Report weekly snapshots and monthly insights;

On your first day (required)

- 2–4 years managing social for a large company or global consumer brand.
- Proven ability to produce static + short-form video from existing content and originate new ideas.
- Community moderation experience (comments/DMs, escalation).
- Excellent written English; reliable high-speed internet; suitable home workspace.
- Tools: Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio; CapCut or Premiere (or other video editing tools), Canva/Figma; Google Drive/Sheets or even AI video generation (but these must be high quality)

Strongly desired: Background in Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharmacy, or related Health field.
