Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptionally experienced Operations & Customer Service Manager to join our e-commerce team. This position is only for highly experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Management: Oversee customer service processes, ensuring high-quality communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Operations Management: Manage supply chain processes, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and vendor management.
KPI Setup & Monitoring: Establish, track, and report KPIs for both the customer service team and operational performance.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.
Documentation & SOPs: Develop and maintain internal SOPs, ensuring the entire team has clear guidelines for daily tasks and processes.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in customer service, operational workflows, and team efficiency.

Requirements:
3 + years of experience in customer service management, preferably in e-commerce.
3+ years Proven experience in operations management, specifically in Shopify and dropshipping environments.
Expertise with CRM systems such as Notion, Monday, or similar.
Strong experience in KPI setup and monitoring: you must have hands-on experience in setting KPIs for both teams and individual performance, tracking them, and using data to drive decisions.
Leadership experience: Proven track record of leading and managing teams, setting clear goals, and achieving results.
Problem-solving skills: You must be able to troubleshoot complex issues, implement solutions quickly, and streamline operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus but not required).
