Join Sparc as a Sales Agent (Full-Time or Part-Time)
We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team at Sparc — a fast-scaling company providing premium fitness, wellness, events, and lifestyle services to luxury apartment communities.
As a Sales Agent, you’ll be on the front line of Sparc’s growth — connecting with property managers, booking qualified meetings, and helping secure contracts that bring high-impact resident experiences to communities across the U.S.
Compensation
We offer two performance-based options (choose what fits your style):
1. Full Commission (High-Earning Track)
$20USD per qualified meeting that shows up
$200USD per deal assist or closed deal from a meeting you booked
Best for high performers who want uncapped earning potential
2. Weekly Base + Commission (Stability Track)
$50/week base pay
$150 per deal assist or closed deal
Best for consistent performers who want a stable foundation with upside
Work Hours
Must be available 9 AM – 5 PM EST (U.S. time)
What You’ll Do
Reach out to apartment communities via calls,
Book qualified meetings that actually show up
Follow up consistently to move prospects forward
Track activity and update CRM systems
Work closely with the Sparc team to help close deals
Qualifications
Strong spoken and written English (clear, confident, professional)
Proven sales or appointment-setting experience (B2B preferred)
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
Organized and able to manage leads effectively
Able to follow scripts while adapting naturally in conversation
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
Reliable internet and professional work environment
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience working with U.S.-based clients
Familiarity with real estate, property management, or hospitality
CRM experience (Asana or similar tools)
Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills
