Experience and Skills Required:

Proficiency in Required Tools: Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), project management tools (e.g.,
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact confidently with clients and collaborate effectively within the team.
Technical Competency:
Tech-Savvy: Ability to swiftly adapt to new software and systems.
Social Media Management: Skills in managing and cultivating professional social media accounts.
Data Management: Proficiency in accurate data entry and database management.
Organizational Abilities:
Time Management: Proficient in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.

Compensation:
Pay Structure: $4/hour + commissions / 90 day review with possible increase
