Hello,
We are an urn company based in Virginia, USA. We create unique designs for urns. We sell across Amazon, our own website, and various other third-party sites like Walmart, EverLoved, Etsy, etc.
We currently have an operations team of 8 people based in India, and a management team of 3 people based across the USA and UK.
The key responsibilities of our current operations team include:
- Researching, designing and sourcing new products
- Creating new listings across the various sales channels to launch new products
- Aggressively launching the new listings on Amazon with PPC strategies
- Maintaining our listings across various sites by refreshing product images and product descriptions
- Keeping an eye on inventory and managing restocking from our suppliers
- Communicating with customers via customer service across all of our sales channels
This operations team currently kind of manages itself, with a pseudo-manager who has some of his own roles, and also works to smooth the gears across the team.
We're looking for a strong team manager, a people-first person, who can thrive as someone who will coordinate our team, ensure we can achieve our goals more efficiently, and be a bridge between our management team and our operations team.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Ensuring each tea
- Reviewing their progress weekly and establish good points vs points for improvement
- Turning objectives from management into clear tasks and assigning these across the team
- Managing and holding the team accountable for deadlines
- Regularly communicating with management to provide progress updates and gather new tasks

- Working within an ecommerce brand and organising an operations team
- Working with India-based teams
