JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a highly skilled YouTube video editor with bodycam/dashcam channel experience and proven knowledge of YouTube growth strategies. This isn’t just editing — it’s full production and channel growth support.

You will help create viral-ready videos that keep viewers watching, clicking, and coming back.

???? What You’ll Do

Edit 3–4 long-form YouTube videos weekly (8–15 minutes each)

Write/structure scripts that maximize retention and engagement

Add captions, zooms, highlights, and dynamic storytelling effects

Provide or integrate professional voiceovers (AI voice acceptable if high quality)

Create engaging thumbnails (bonus but preferred)

Apply YouTube growth strategies (strong hooks, pacing, viral retention tactics, etc.)

Optimize video structure for CTR, watch time, and engagement

? Requirements

Proven experience editing in the bodycam/dashcam/police niche (send portfolio or YouTube channel links)

Strong background in YouTube content creation and growth strategies

Knowledge of YouTube Studio analytics, CTR, AVD, and retention curves

Skilled in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve

Strong English writing and communication

Ability to consistently deliver 3–4 full videos weekly

Bonus: Thumbnail design skills (Photoshop/Canva)
