About Us
We’re a fast-growing managed services provider supporting CPA, law, medical, design, construction, and manufacturing firms. Our team keeps clients secure, backed up, and productive around the clock. To keep up with demand, we’re hiring a full-time, experienced Level 3 Technician (no moonlighting).
Schedule
• Core hours: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm EST (up to 40 hrs/week)
• Flex coverage: Occasionally cover day shift (8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST), about 10–15 days/year with advance notice

• MS365 Entra ID (Level 3 working experience)
• MS365 Preview (Level 3 working experience)
• MS365 Defender D1 and D2 (Level 3 working experience)
• MS365 Licensing Expert (Level 3 working experience)
• MS VM (Level 3 working experience)
• VMware vCenter/ESXi, MS Hyper-V, AWS, or advanced Azure (Level 3 working experience)
• Google Workspace Administrator (Level 3 working experience)
Must-Have Experience (Level 2 – hands-on, beyond just reinstall/uninstall)
• Endpoint Security: SentinelOne MDR/XDR, Webroot SaaS, Todyl NGAV/GPO/DNS
• Networking: SonicWALL, Ubiquiti UniFi, VLANs, VPNs, advanced routing
• Enterprise backup tools
• Compliance Reporting: HIPAA, CIS Controls, cyber insurance reports
Nice-to-Have Knowledge
• Synology: Hyper Backup, Active Backup, VM Manager
