JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based real estate investment company seeking a technical contractor or employee to build and maintain automation workflows, databases, and data processing systems. You do not need real estate experience — only the ability to code, learn quickly, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities:
• Write Python scripts for automation, data processing, and web scraping
• Build and manage databases (MySQL/Postgres) for property and lead data
• Automate Excel workflows (VBA, formulas, data cleaning, deduplication)
• Manage VPS/Docker environments, Linux servers, and cron jobs
• Integrate APIs (CRM, phone systems, Google, etc.)
• Document all processes and maintain code repository

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Python (must)
• Knowledge of SQL/MySQL, Excel/VBA, and Linux basics
• Familiarity with automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, API calls)
• Strong problem-solving and ability to learn quickly (AI tools allowed)
• Good communication and ability to follow clear instructions

Preferred but not required:
• Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages
• Experience with data warehousing / ETL pipelines
• CRM integration (Salesforce, SuiteCRM, etc.)

Compensation:
• $6–8/hr depending on experience (full-time or part-time)
• Long-term role with consistent projects and payments
