About VidPod & Amitrace ---------- /podcast
VidPod is a fast-growing company that provides turnkey podcasting solutions for schools and educators in the U.S. We combine innovative furniture, technology, and curriculum to help students and teachers create high-quality podcasts in the classroom.

We’re looking for a remote marketing assistant based in the Philippines to support our marketing and sales outreach. You’ll work directly with our U.S. team to manage email campaigns, update websites, design graphics, and build new leads.

What You’ll Do
Manage ActiveCampaign CRM (segment lists, build automations, send campaigns)
-Update and maintain our WordPress websites (upload content, create landing pages)
-Design graphics for social media, email, and web content (Canva or Adobe)
-Research and qualify leads (schools, districts, education organizations)
-Support outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms

What We’re Looking For
-Experience with ActiveCampaign (or similar tools like Mailchimp/HubSpot)
-Knowledge of WordPress (basic editing and updates)
-Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have
-EdTech or education marketing background
-Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics
-Video editing skills
