About Us:
We're a boutique creative strategy studio that helps DTC brands turn their ad creative from chaotic guesswork into systematic growth engines. Our founder Martin works directly with brand founders and media buyers, using psychology-first research to create winning ad campaigns that actually scale.
We're not your typical agency - we're more like strategic partners who obsess over the details that make ads convert. Think Google Sheets creative roadmaps, customer psychology deep-dives, and testing systems that turn creative bottlenecks into predictable revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Transform existing high-performing ad creatives into fresh static variations using our Creative OS system
Access our curated swipe files and customer review databases to inform your designs
Work with AI tools (Claude, etc.) using our proven prompts and templates to generate ideas and copy
Create multiple static ad versions for each brand we work with, following our research-backed angle library
Redesign and iterate on proven concepts rather than starting from scratch
Collaborate with our team to maintain brand authenticity while maximizing creative volume
What We're Looking For:
-Basic to intermediate design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop - any tool works)
-Someone who gets excited about systems and processes over pure creativity
-Willingness to learn our Creative OS methodology and AI-assisted workflows
-Detail-oriented person who can follow templates while adding their own touch
-Experience with social media ads is helpful but not required
-English proficiency for working with our team and AI tools
-Someone who wants to grow their skills in performance marketing, not just pretty designs
