Job Description and Duties:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads,
- Manage 8–10 client accounts simultaneously, ensuring campaigns align with each brand’s goals and KPIs.
- Develop full-funnel digital ad strategies that integrate with broader marketing objectives.
Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve performance, efficiency, and ROI.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights through dashboards, analytics tools, and detailed reporting.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize results within spend guidelines.
- Collaborate with the internal team on creative needs, messaging, and campaign direction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing Google Ads and
- Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver strong performance across different verticals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, dashboards, and campaign reporting.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Comfortable working independently with a part-time schedule (20 hours/week) and interest in scaling to full-time (40+ hours/week) in the coming months.
