JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and UX oriented Figma UI/UX Designer & Audit Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that converts and helps users easily and quickly reach their goal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and prototyping user interfaces, conducting website and design UX audits, and collaborating with our development team to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct comprehensive UI/UX audits of our existing products to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but Not Required.
