Every brand is served by a three-person pod: a Brand Manager (copy), a Designer (you), and a Retention Expert (strategy, tech, QA). The workflow is sequential: Copy > Design > Implementation > QA > Send. Your pace sets the pace for everything downstream.
Role
We're hiring an

What you'll do
- Design
- Build and maintain a reusable Figma module library so you can scale across accounts without reinventing layouts
- Implement approved designs in Klaviyo: image slicing, live text blocks, links, dynamic content, alt text, mobile fallbacks, file size optimization
- Design signup forms and popups and build the initial form in Klaviyo's form builder (technical go-live is handled by the Retention Expert)
- Own design-related client communication: share designs for approval, clarify feedback, coordinate sign-off
- QA your own work before handoff: every link tested, mobile and dark mode checked, file under 100KB, alt text complete
- Work across 6-10 client accounts (defined ramp from 6 to 10, with support)
What you bring
- 3+ years
- 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo building, not just designing: drag-and-drop editor, image slicing, dynamic content, file size optimization
- Strong Figma skills, including module/component systems and design libraries
- Portfolio with shipped Klaviyo work (not just mockups)
- Working knowledge of
- Excellent written English; German is a strong plus
- Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, reliable communicator; works well in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- HTML/CSS for

- Retention marketing logic (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback)
- Prior agency / multi-brand experience
