We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team and create high-performing short-form content for
Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (10–60 seconds) for
Repurpose raw footage, UGC, stock clips, and brand assets into multiple ad variations.
Add captions, transitions, text overlays, hooks, and other creative elements to boost engagement.
Stay up to date with current social trends and apply them to ad creative.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and test new concepts.
Ensure all videos are optimized for platform specs and brand guidelines.
Manage and organize video assets for efficient workflow.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English skills (must be able to create natural, error-free captions and communicate clearly with the team).
Proven experience editing ads specifically for
Strong skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar).
Understanding of direct-response marketing and what drives clicks, views, and conversions.
Ability to create multiple versions of the same ad for A/B testing.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual hooks.
Knowledge of current TikTok/Facebook creative trends.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Nice to Have
Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
Ability to suggest new creative ideas based on ad performance.
Graphic design or motion graphics skills.
