JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Type: Part-Time to Full-Time in 2–3 months
Pay: $5–$8/hr to start (based on speed + skill), paid weekly via Wise
Schedule: Flexible — just be available 1 hour between 8–11 AM PST for feedback sessions.

About This Role
We run a fast-growing YouTube channel and need a creative, fast, and reliable editor who can make videos that people can’t click away from.
Think jump cuts, zooms, captions, music, motion graphics, and smooth flow — videos that feel alive.
This is NOT a one-time project or “edit 1 video and bye.”
We’re looking for someone we can grow with. If you’re good, you’ll get consistent work and more hours fast.

What You’ll Do
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (usually 8–15 mins) from 2 camera angles.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, and smooth transitions.
- Color correct and clean up audio so it looks and sounds pro.
- Add background music, B-roll, and sound effects to keep viewers hooked.
- Follow our brand style guide so every video feels on-brand.

You’re Perfect for This If…
- You’ve edited YouTube videos before (show us your BEST 2–3 examples).
- You know how to keep a video fast, tight, and engaging from start to finish.
- You’re fast at revisions and don’t take feedback personally.
- You work well on your own but ask questions when you need to.
Bonus: You’ve edited educational or business content, or follow creators like Alex Hormozi, Colin & Samir, or Ali Abdaal.
