JOB OVERVIEW

Ace Chef Apparel is Australia’s fastest-growing hospitality uniform brand, supplying chef wear, front-of-house uniforms, scrubs, and branded apparel. We are expanding globally and are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Graphic Design to join our team.Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising

Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad performance analysis.
Prepare weekly reports on ad spend, ROAS, and campaign insights.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow Ace Chef Apparel’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Plan and schedule posts using content calendars.

Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and support influencer outreach.
Creative Design & Video Editing
Design high-quality graphics, banners, and promotional creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Edit short-form and long-form videos for ads and organic content.
Develop eye-catching visuals for campaigns (carousel ads, reels, stories, thumbnails).

General VA Support

Assist in uploading products to Shopify.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
Perform admin tasks when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience running and managing Google Ads & Meta Ads (candidates must provide screenshots, results, or case studies).

Strong portfolio in graphic design and video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar tools).
Solid understanding of social media algorithms and content best practices.
Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
