Job role:
Mediaverse is seeking a diligent project manager to keep video production flowing smoothly by being a great manager, proactive, and understand video and agency workflow.
Successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team and help deliver premium content for Fortune 500 clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Projects oversight: be responsible for project timely delivery, ensure progress is done proactively (don’t assume, but ensure, ask, double check etc..)
• Pre-empt risks: proactively solve problems before they happen, ensure backup solutions are in place and create a contingency plan.
• Missing talent? Help hire required personal to ensure that project needs are met / or backup requirements are met (for mission critical situations)
• Industry-proficient : aware of key roles for video production and be aware of their responsibilities.
• Quality Control: Maintain quality control, attention to detail and double check deliverables before approving them
• Great with people: Be a team player, positive mindset with great communication skills
Qualifications:
• 1 years of experience with projects in the following industries: Healthcare / IT / Tech / Blue chip / Fintech
• 2 years of experience in working at a creative agency
