Join a fast-growing California real estate media company! We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to handle client communication, media quality control, scheduling, and social media management. This is a long-term, stable role (40 hrs/week) with training provided and a clear path for growth.
Work Hours (Pacific Time)
Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Thursday–Sunday: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

What You’ll Do
Your mission is to keep our operations smooth and our clients thrilled.
Responding promptly to client
Performing quality control on media deliveries (photos, videos, floor plans, etc.) to ensure accuracy and excellence.
Entering appointments manually into our ordering system when needed.
Creating and posting simple, branded content for our social media (templates, captions, and light graphics/engagement).
Supporting our photographers and editors so every client receives media that lives up to our Triple-R Guarantee.
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and verbal English skills (clear, friendly, professional)
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for light QC adjustments (not full editing)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Quick learner with strong problem-solving instincts
Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection (50+ Mbps upload required)
Quiet, distraction-free work environment
Dependable, proactive, and client-focused attitude
Salary & Benefits
Starting Rate: $4/hour (approx. $640/month) depending on skills and experience
First Growth Step: Most new tea
Long-Term Potential: Senior VAs who consistently add value and take on greater responsibility can earn $1,000+ per month
Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time, fixed schedule
