The Role: More Than a Developer
We need a pro who can program and develop websites, but your primary mission will be to act as a force multiplier. You will use AI as your co-pilot to rapidly prototype, build, and launch high-quality, functional websites and applications. You are a creative problem-solver who "thinks outside the box" and is excited by the idea of using AI to not just assist in programming but to eventually help us develop our own autonomous AI agents and bots.

Key Responsibilities
AI-Augmented Development: Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to write clean, efficient code, debug, and generate entire modules at an accelerated pace.

Full-Stack Web Development: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack websites and e-commerce solutions (like our online glasses store) from concept to launch.

Innovation & R&D: Actively research and experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and APIs to find novel ways to improve our development process and product offerings.

Prototype to Production: Quickly turn ideas into working prototypes using AI, validate concepts, and iterate them into polished, production-ready products.

Future-Proofing: Work with us to lay the technical groundwork for developing our own custom AI bots and agents to automate tasks, enhance user experience, and provide intelligent insights.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of launched websites/projects.

Proficiency in key web technologies: (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React/Next.js/Vue, Node.js, Python, and relevant databases).

The AI Factor: This is crucial. You must be proficient and experienced in using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to generate, explain, and debug code. You don't just use AI for ideas; you use it as an integral part of your development workflow.

Experience with e-commerce platforms and frameworks (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or headless commerce solutions) is a major plus.

A "builder" mindset. You are proactive, curious, and get excited about creating new things from scratch.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience with AI-specific APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Hugging Face).

Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or fine-tuning AI models.

An interest in or experience with AI agent workflows and automation.

Understanding of UX/UI principles to build not just functional but beautiful products.
