Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Professional with extensive telemarketing and general sales experience in the IT/Tech industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone and through
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and appointments.
Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.3
Present and demonstrate our IT/Tech solutions to potential clients.
Effectively manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using a CRM system, preferably Zoho.4
Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.5
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.6
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.7
Utilize Dialpad or similar VoIP systems for efficient call management and tracking.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of inside sales and telemarketing experience in the IT/Tech industry.
Must be able to work on the Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) time zone.
Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EDT.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Extensive experience with CRM software, with a strong preference for Zoho.
Proficiency with VoIP systems, specifically Dialpad, is highly recommended.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Familiarity with [mention specific technologies, e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, software-as-a-service (SaaS)] is a plus.
Must have a suitable and quiet home office environment, a noise-canceling microphone, and a dual-monitor setup to be effective in this role.
