About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing real estate business. You’ll help manage daily operations, handle social media, assist with client outreach, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping a business grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments
Research and reach out to potential clients and leads
Maintain CRM systems and update client records
Assist with email marketing and newsletters
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
Support with admin tasks and reporting

Requirements:
Based in the Philippines
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience in social media management and client communication
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Self-motivated and able to work independently
