Our clients rely on us to craft scroll-stopping social media videos and ad creatives that drive results. Now, we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and bring fresh ideas to life.

IMPORTANT - must be able to come up with ideas by yourself and be proficient at using AI to generate video material as well as find relevant videos in stock sites.

Role Overview
As our Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing video content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, ) and digital ad campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our creative strategists, copywriters, and designers to produce high-impact videos that connect with audiences and convert.

Key Responsibilities
*Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for social platforms and paid ads.
*Create multiple variations of ad creatives for A/B testing.
*Add motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and animations to enhance storytelling.
*Ensure all content aligns with client brand guidelines and campaign goals.
*Stay on top of social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
*Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and pitch new video ideas.
*Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
*Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a marketing/agency setting.
*Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
*Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, and short-form video trends.
*Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and basic sound design.
*Ability to work with creative briefs and contribute ideas that improve performance.
*Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
*Portfolio/reel showcasing previous social media and ad work.

Nice-to-Haves
*Experience with motion graphics and animation.
*Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (CTR, engagement, conversions, etc.).
*Skills in modern AI tools and fun editing tools that speed up the creative the process
