Patient Coordination:
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments (in-person and telehealth).
Handle patient intake forms, insurance verification, and eligibility checks.
Provide reminders and follow-ups for upcoming sessions or medication refills.
Administrative Support:
Manage provider’s calendar,
Prepare charts, update patient records, and ensure accurate data entry in the EMR/EHR system.
Assist with billing, claims submissions, and payment collections.
Communication:
Answer phone calls,
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate with insurance companies, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers as needed.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
Follow HIPAA and data privacy standards strictly.
Ensure accurate documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
Specialized Support:
Assist with prior authorizations, medication management support, and prescription coordination.
Provide administrative support for therapy and psychiatric evaluations.
