About the Role

We are a fast-growing U.S. personal injury law firm seeking a world-class Google Ads / PPC Specialist. This is a remote, full-time role for professionals who want to operate at the top 5% of their field.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, build, and optimize advanced Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, LSAs).
- Execute keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid strategies to drive results.
- Write high-converting ad copy and run A/B tests for maximum performance.
- Monitor conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Call Tracking).
- Manage budgets with precision to maximize ROI.
- Produce clear reports (CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions) that prove performance.
- Stay ahead of the curve on Google Ads trends, updates, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads / PPC campaign management.
- Advanced SEM and Digital Marketing strategy skills.
- Proven track record of lead generation in high-competition niches (legal, healthcare, finance preferred).
- Google Ads Certification (required).
- Strong English communication (written + verbal).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-obsessed.
