Position Overview
The Transaction Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a real estate transaction from contract execution through closing. This role works closely with agents, clients, lenders, escrow/title companies, and internal staff to ensure deadlines are met, documents are accurate, and files are fully compliant with brokerage and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire transaction process from contract to close.
Review purchase agreements, addenda, and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain compliance checklists and ensure all required documents are completed and uploaded.
Track and manage key transaction dates (contingencies, inspections, financing, closing).
Communicate proactively with agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, and escrow/title companies.
Provide regular transaction status updates to agents and management.
Prepare and submit completed files to accounting for timely commission disbursement.
Train, support, and mentor agents on compliance procedures and transaction processes.
Ensure adherence to brokerage policies, state laws, and industry best practices.
