We are a US-based real estate investment and management company seeking a talented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing international team. This is a remote, full-time role based in the Philippines, where you’ll work directly with our US leadership during US business hours.

What You’ll Do
As our Senior Accountant, you’ll be a key player in keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and efficient. You won’t just be crunching numbers—you’ll be driving clarity and insights that help us grow.
Manage the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month/quarter-end close.
Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, tenant ledgers, and vendor payments
Oversee bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Partner with CPAs during audits and tax filings.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Cash, and Modified Cash standards.
Maintain accurate financial data in AppFolio and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Provide insightful reporting and analysis to the CFO and leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is not only technically strong but also proactive, communicative, and eager to add value.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of accounting experience with a US-based real estate company.
Strong knowledge of property management and hospitality accounting.
Hands-on experience with AppFolio and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Meticulous attention to detail, organizational strength, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
Flexibility to work US business hours.
Preferred:
CPA license (Philippines or US).
Experience with multi-entity structures and consolidations.
Familiarity with investor reporting and distributions.
Strong Excel skills, especially for financial modeling and analysis.
