JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We're looking for a creative, reliable, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our growing business in managing multiple client accounts across social media, lead generation (including LinkedIn outreach), content creation, email marketing, and appointment setting.

This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) to start, with a performance-based promotion to full-time (40 hours/week) after a 2-month probation period.

You must be available during U.S. business hours (EST) at least 3 days per week to follow up with leads and book appointments.

Daily video recaps are part of our team workflow — being comfortable on camera is a must.

Bonus: You’ll receive $100 for every booked appointment that converts into a paying client.

Daily Tasks:

- Schedule and publish content using Later for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

- Edit short-form videos using CapCut and design graphics in Canva

- Draft email newsletters and sequences using Klaviyo

- Manage outbound outreach using Instantly and LinkedIn messaging

- Set and confirm appointments via Google Calendar

- Track tasks, leads, and content via ClickUp, Later

- Automate tasks using Make ( ---------- )

- Submit a daily video recap

- Join weekly meetings via Google Meet

Performance Goals:

- 4–5 social posts per account per week

- Respond to DMs/comments within 24 hours

- Deliver edited videos within 48 hours

- Book 5–10 qualified appointments per week

- Maintain 95% accuracy in task and lead tracking

- Achieve 20%+ open rates and around 2% CTR on emails

- Complete tasks on time 95%

- Learn new tools within 7 days of assignment

Compensation & Bonuses:

- Starting Rate: $3/hour (20 hours/week)

- Promotion to Full-Time: After 2-month probation

- Bonus: $100 for every appointment that turns into a paying client

- Potential Rate Increase: Based on performance post-probation

Work Schedule:

- Part-Time: 20 hrs/week

- Weekly progress meetings via Google Meet
