Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and results-driven Real Estate Lead Generator to identify and secure off-market and motivated seller leads using tools such as PropertyRadar, skip tracing services, and other data platforms. You will play a critical role in fueling our real estate acquisition pipeline by researching properties, gathering ownership data, and initiating contact with potential leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Use PropertyRadar, BatchLeads, PropStream, or similar tools to research and compile targeted lead lists based on specific criteria (e.g., absentee owners, pre-foreclosures, vacant properties).
Conduct skip tracing to find accurate contact information (phone numbers,
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM with accurate, timely information.
Identify high-motivation indicators (e.g., distressed properties, tax defaults, probate, code violations).
Collaborate with the acquisitions and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and campaign targeting.
Track performance metrics such as contact rate, response rate, and lead-to-close conversion.
Stay current with trends in real estate lead generation, data sources, and new tech tools.
Assist with outreach campaigns (e.g., SMS, cold calling, direct mail) if needed.
Qualifications:
1–2+ years of experience in real estate lead generation, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in tools like PropertyRadar, BatchSkipTracing, PropStream, REI Skip, etc.
Experience with CRMs (e.g., Podio, REsimpli, HubSpot) and spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
Strong research and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Understanding of real estate investing (wholesaling, flipping, buy-and-hold) is a plus.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
Experience with cold calling or SMS marketing tools (e.g., Mojo Dialer, Launch Control).
Familiarity with county property records and public databases.
Knowledge of real estate sales cycles and seller psychology.
