Job Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This is not just a data-entry VA role—it’s a phone sales position where you’ll be speaking directly with prospects, booking appointments, collecting deposits, and helping us grow.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our leads, so strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to build rapport over the phone are a must. In return, we offer a supportive environment with plenty of room for growth, bonuses, and long-term career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

? Speak with leads via phone, text, and chat to book appointments and collect deposits
? Reactivate old leads and nurture them into booked calls
? Update CRM with accurate notes, track KPIs, and monitor call/text outcomes
? Communicate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-ups
? Check and manage calendars to avoid conflicts
? Assist with light admin tasks related to sales and client onboarding
? Take feedback and continuously improve performance

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English (clear and confident on the phone)

Comfortable with outbound calling, texting, and handling objections

Reliable internet connection + quiet workspace

Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

Coachable and open to feedback
