Leap Talent is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, friendly, and communicative Operations/Admin Assistant. You’ll be supporting a custom apparel and design shop that specializes in creating sports uniforms, team apparel, equipment, and occasionally promotional merchandise for youth sports teams, schools, and companies.

Shift: US business hours, PH night shift
Responsibilities include:
- Building, managing, and updating multiple online stores for clients through OrderMyGear (templated e-commerce software, no coding required).
- Ordering blank apparel from wholesale sites (e.g.,
- Submitting and managing orders for sublimated uniforms.
- Creating order forms and production documents.
- Providing customer support via
- Assisting with other detailed operations tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate Skills and Experience:
- Experience with OrderMyGear, Printavo, or similar systems a plus, but not required.
- Experience with other E-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of custom branded apparel, promotional products, or screen printing a plus, but not required.
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM tools such as Notion, Trello, Hubspot, Asana and
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
