We are an Australian-based ecommerce business seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role that must be performed during Sydney business hours (9am–6pm AEST).
The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals to drive growth in our cannabis wholesale channel.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with wholesale clients (new and existing) via phone,
Qualify leads, present product offerings, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in Odoo CRM.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert interest into active customers.
Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs, including revenue and conversion targets.
Provide market feedback to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience (wholesale or cannabis industry background highly regarded).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Odoo CRM experience is an advantage.
Must be able to work full-time, 9am–6pm Sydney time (AEST).
