We’re looking for a highly capable and resourceful E-commerce Operations & Growth Manager to take full ownership of running and scaling our Shopify store.
This is NOT a junior role. We’re seeking someone with the experience, initiative, and leadership mindset to run the day-to-day operations, troubleshoot problems before they reach the founder, and proactively drive growth across all areas of the business.

We’re a growing premium e-commerce brand (Shopify-based), selling direct-to-consumer with a strong focus on quality, trust, and seamless delivery. We’ve built a strong operational backbone — now we’re looking for a hands-on leader to take charge.

? Your Key Responsibilities
You will manage everything across operations, support, and growth, including:
???? Day-to-Day Operations
• Oversee the entire Shopify store —
If you don’t know how to do something directly, you should know someone in the industry who can.
???? Customer Experience
• Oversee and improve the customer support function — while we already have a live chat team and phone support team, you’ll ensure the whole system runs smoothly
• Respond to escalations or complex tickets as needed, and improve resolution speed/tone
• Implement better SOPs, canned responses, or automation if needed.
If you’re not a support expert, you should know how to bring in someone who is.
???? Website Management
• Coordinate with Shopify developers to fix bugs, theme issues, or install new features.
• Monitor site performance and usability issues, including cross-device testing
???? Growth & Marketing Coordination
• Work with our existing PPC manager ( or your own) to track Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, etc.
• Improve or suggest changes to landing pages, pricing, bundles, copy, upsells, and offers

???? Skills & Experience Required
• 4+ years experience in e-commerce operations, general management, or growth
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify —
• Strong understanding of customer service systems, and managing or improving CS workflows
• Confident working with developers, marketers, and designers — you don’t need to do it all yourself, but you must know how to get it done using somebody.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage others as needed

• Extremely proactive and solution-focused — this is for someone who figures things out, not someone who waits to be told what to do
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Willing to work in UK timezone hours
• Bonus if you’ve previously managed a Shopify brand end-to-end

???? Compensation & Terms
• Remote role (up to 40 hours/week)
• Pay based on experience and skill level
• Long-term opportunity — we want someone to grow with the brand.
• You’ll be supported by an existing live chat and phone customer service team, but you’ll still have the opportunity to build out a team under you (VAs, operations assistants, etc.) as needed.
