JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We're seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer for ongoing, casual design work. This is a flexible, project-based role perfect for an experienced designer who understands both digital marketing and e-commerce design principles.

*CRITICAL: Email Design Expertise Required

Minimum 2+ years of email design experience (newsletters, promotional emails, automated sequences)
Expert understanding of web design principles including responsive design, HTML/CSS basics
Proven experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Understanding of email deliverability best practices

*Core Design Skills

Product packaging design for physical products
Product label design (compliance with Australian standards preferred)
Amazon/E-commerce listing images (A+ content, lifestyle shots, infographics)
Social media graphics (Facebook, Instagram posts/stories)
Digital advertising design (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Infographic creation for educational content
Brand consistency across all touchpoints

*Technical Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Canva Pro or similar platforms
Basic understanding of print production processes
File format expertise (web vs print optimization)

*Professional Qualities

Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and brand guidelines
Reliable internet connection and professional setup
Available during Australian business hours (overlap required)
Familiarity with Ai applications a bonus
