CRO Shopify Web Developer – Job Overview
I am looking for an experienced shopify web developer to help me upgrade client’s checkout processes and execute CRO tests for various ecommerce brands.
In this role you will update Shopify theme templates, develop landing pages using various page builders and html/CSS frameworks, research/install various checkout/bundle applications, and implement A/B tests using testing tools like intelligems.
You will also report on test performance, and provide suggestions for next steps.
This is a full-time opportunity. Training will be provided and you will work directly with me.

My name is Zack Miller, and I’ve been a DTC Ecommerce Growth Marketer since 2019. I’ve done everything fro ---------- dia buying and client strategy, to agency internal operations.
I’ve contributed to the growth of over 200 ecommerce brands in my agency experience. Now, as an independent growth marketing partner, I work closely with a small number of brands on their new customer acquisition strategy.

Note: All Remote Employees Must Be Available To Work During The Following Business Hours:
Monday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop landing pages using Figma and various WYSYWIG editors including but not limited to Replo and Pagefly.
- Edit product, collection and other page templates using Shopify Liquid template engine, and various HTML/CSS frameworks.
- Install various checkout/tracking applications (aftersell, Zipify OCU, Upstack, etc)
- Install various applications for product bundling when needed, and create product bundles.
- Install tracking pixels on client’s websites
- Implement A/B tests in intelligems for product price tests, shipping price tests, theme tests, landing page tests, and more.
- Research new ideas for direct response content marketing strategies.
- Work in my project management system, ClickUp.
- Apply a process-first mentality and provide feedback to help further develop our operating systems.

Required Experience & Education
- Strong verbal and written English language skills (American Dialect)
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript/Shopify Liquid required.
- Knowledge of Python and Ruby preferred but not required.
- 1+ years of web development (Shopify) experience required
- 1+ years of backend python (flask/django) development experience preferred but not required
- 1+ years of marketing agency experience preferred but not required
- Must be highly organized and possess strong attention to detail
